Standard website payment procedure
All orders must be approved before they can be shipped, payments on the website are processed by Stripe.com, a specialized intermediary company that offers complete protection for the buyer, orders are approved within a few minutes.
Orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day following approval. If you placed your order over the weekend, it should ship by EOD Monday.
Once your order ships, you should receive an email with the tracking number and photos of the package from [email protected].
If it's been more than one business day and you haven't received tracking, feel free to email us at [email protected] to make sure your order is on its way.
You can also pay by bank transfer, once the payment is received, the watch is shipped.

Hand in hand delivery and payment
If you are not comfortable or used to on-line ordering and payments, we have a special 'hand in hand sales & delivery' procedure for items above 5.000 €.
A member of our staff can meet you in any major european airport, over there, in a secured area, after that you have carefully inspected the watch, the final payment can be done and the transaction completed.
For this personal process we request a 350 € deposit, deductible from the items price.
For example; If a watch cost 5.000 €, you wire us a 350€ deposit for the plane fees, we set a meeting at your convenience in the concerned airport secured area, then after your inspection of the the watch you pay the remaining 4.650 €.
If you are located outside Europe, the fees should be adapted.
Do contact us if you wish to use this service, some countries have limits for cash payments..
Due to the special circumstances, the final payment can be done only in cash.
